定时任务
让你的 Agent 按计划执行任务，并把结果发送给你。
你的 Agent 可以按定时器执行任务。例如，它可以每天早上给你发送新闻摘要，或者每小时检查一次某个网站。定时任务运行在 VPS 上，所以你的电脑可以关机。
添加任务

先 连接 Telegram。然后把配对步骤中得到的 USER-ID 作为目标：

每次定时运行都会消耗你的 ChatGPT 额度。非常频繁的任务（例如每分钟一次）会很快把额度用完。
